Anywrks ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Nahe Holdings LLC. Anywrks provides operational workspaces for human services organizations, including tools for workforce compliance, housing operations, support coordination, and related administrative workflows.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when organizations and their authorized users use Anywrks, including through anywrks.com and app.anywrks.com.
By using Anywrks, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We do not sell your data
Anywrks does not sell or rent personal information or share personal information for targeted advertising. Information submitted to an organization's workspace is processed to provide Anywrks and the services requested by that organization.
1. Data Controller & Processor
Organizations using Anywrks generally determine what information is entered into their workspaces, why it is collected, and who within their organization may access it.
Where Anywrks processes personal information on behalf of an organization, the organization acts as the data controller or equivalent responsible party, and Anywrks acts as a data processor or service provider.
Anywrks may use trusted subprocessors to operate the platform, including providers of cloud infrastructure, authentication, communications, file storage, and payment processing. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to Anywrks and are subject to applicable contractual and privacy obligations.
2. Information We Collect
The information collected depends on the Anywrks workspace, features, and workflows an organization chooses to use.
From Organizations and Administrators
We may collect:
- Organization name, type, and business information
- Administrator name, email address, and phone number
- Account and login information
- Billing and subscription information
- Workspace configuration and organizational settings
- Usage and activity information
Information Submitted Through Workspaces
Organizations and their authorized users may submit information necessary to manage their programs and operations. Depending on the workspace, this may include:
- Employee and staff names and contact information
- Credentials, licenses, certifications, and training records
- Credential and certification expiration dates
- Background-check or compliance status information
- Onboarding information and forms
- Participant or client names and related program information
- Caseload and assignment information
- Service authorizations
- Monitoring and visit information
- Plan and renewal dates
- Intake and admission information
- Tenancy status
- Billing-readiness information
- Tasks, deadlines, notes, and operational status information
- Documents and electronic signatures
Certain workflows may involve additional personal or sensitive information when an organization chooses to collect or store it through Anywrks.
Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Login and session activity
- Feature usage
- Timestamps and audit-log information
- Essential cookies used for authentication and session management
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate and provide the Anywrks platform
- Provide and configure workspaces selected by organizations
- Organize and track operational work
- Manage tasks, assignments, deadlines, and statuses
- Track credentials, certifications, training, and expirations
- Support housing and support coordination workflows
- Generate alerts, reminders, and notifications
- Maintain audit and activity records
- Authenticate users and protect accounts
- Process subscription payments
- Provide customer support
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Anywrks
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how Anywrks is used and improve the platform.
4. How We Share Information
We may share personal information in the following limited circumstances:
- With the Organization. Information entered into an organization's Anywrks account may be accessible to authorized users designated by that organization.
- Service Providers. We may use third-party providers for services such as cloud hosting, authentication, storage, communications, and payment processing.
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or safety of Anywrks, our users, or others.
- Business Transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell personal information or share it with advertising networks for targeted advertising.
5. Data Storage & Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information stored through Anywrks.
Our security practices may include:
- Encryption of data at rest
- Encryption of data in transit
- Authentication controls
- Role-based access controls
- Restricted access to customer information
- Logging and monitoring of account activity
- Infrastructure provided by established cloud service providers
Where implemented, specific security controls may include AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and multi-factor authentication.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers: Information may be processed or stored in the United States by Anywrks and its service providers.

6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Anywrks, maintain an organization's account, satisfy contractual requirements, and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, or audit obligations.
Generally:
- Active account data is retained while the organization's Anywrks account remains active.
- Operational and historical records may be retained where necessary for legitimate business, contractual, compliance, or audit purposes.
- Billing records may be retained as required by financial and tax regulations.
- Following account termination or a valid deletion request, information may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where continued retention is required or permitted by law.

7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:
- Access personal information about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete certain personal information
- Obtain a copy of certain information in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable
If your information was submitted to Anywrks by your employer, service provider, or another organization, you should generally direct your request to that organization first because it controls the information and determines how it is used.

8. Cookies
Anywrks uses cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the platform, including authentication, security, and session management.
We do not use advertising cookies to sell personal information or serve targeted advertising.
Disabling essential cookies may prevent certain parts of Anywrks from functioning properly.
9. Children's Privacy
Anywrks is a business-to-business platform intended for organizations and their authorized users. Anywrks is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through consumer-facing services.
Human services organizations may, depending on the programs they operate, enter information concerning individuals under 18 into their Anywrks workspace. In those circumstances, Anywrks processes that information on behalf of the organization and according to the organization's use of the platform.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Anywrks evolves or as legal requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective date at the top of this policy. For material changes, we may also notify affected organizations through email, the Anywrks platform, or another appropriate method.
